DOUBLE DEGREE PROGRAM

The "Double Degree" program at the Faculty of Economics and Management is one of the important international educational initiatives, allowing students to receive diplomas from two higher education institutions: one Ukrainian and one European. This provides students with a unique opportunity not only to obtain high-quality education according to international standards, but also to expand their professional horizons and increase their competitiveness in the labor market.

The Humanities and Natural Sciences University named after Jan Długosz (Czestochowa, Republic of Poland) is one of the partners of the Faculty of Economics and Management, with which an agreement has been signed for joint student training under the "Double Degree" program. This allows them to work both in Ukraine and abroad, holding two degrees that meet the labor market requirements in both countries.

The long-term cooperation with Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa is an important part of the Faculty’s international activities. This cooperation allows students to select courses from European programs that meet the standards of the European Union. The interaction between universities also fosters the development of academic exchange, enabling both faculty and students to participate in joint research and projects.

INTRODUCTION OF ELEMENTS OF DUAL EDUCATION AT THE FACULTY

Dual education is a learning system that combines theoretical studies at educational institutions with practical activities at enterprises or organizations. The primary goal is to equip students with knowledge and skills that directly meet the needs of the labor market.

The implementation of elements of dual education provides students with the opportunity to gain practical experience in real working conditions during their studies, significantly increasing their competitiveness in the labor market after graduation. EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC LABORATORY "CONSULTING LAB"

The necessity of creating "Consulting Lab" was dictated by the time. The department needed a project to support our educational program. This event was preceded by a thorough process of monitoring similar educational programs; discussions with the stakeholders; study of the labor market regarding the employment of accounting and taxation specialists. Hard work, endless discussions, arguments, separating the important from the unimportant.

We realized that our graduates will be in demand if they are maximally adapted to the real economic environment. This, in turn, determines the search for new formats of the educational process.

Our initiatives are aimed at deepening the professional competences of the education applicants, promoting their professional growth as managers of accounting services of enterprises, heads of divisions of tax administrations, and other budget institutions.
