At Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University, the results of the best laboratory presentation competition which held during the open laboratories days, were summerised.
For two days, the commission consisting of lecturers and students inspected the faculty laboratories. Faculty of History, Political Science and National Security became the final destination of the commission.
Liudmyla Yelisieieva, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Cooperation, noted that during the inspection of the laboratories, she saw the University from a different angle than ever before.
«Special thanks to the teams and the jury running a "marathon" through almost all buildings of our educational institution. You are cool, charismatic, brilliant. It was extremely pleasant to look at you and work together. I would like to say that I could not imagine that it would be so difficult to determine the competition leader. I am still undecided. We have a lot of interesting things and something to be proud of,» Liudmyla Volodymyrivna said.
Rector Anatolii Tsos was also impressed by the students’ enthusiasm and creativity. Head of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University noted being impressed with the presentations of laboratories and argued that several prizes should be awarded. «I am convinced once again that talented young people deserving a good future and present are studying at the University,» said Anatolii Vasyliovych.
The summary of the results began with the presentation of sweet encouragement gifts for the representatives of the laboratories that did not become the prize-winners.
Afterwards, Rector Anatolii Tsos and Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Cooperation Liudmyla Yelisieieva presented the competition winners with souvenir products and branded sweets.
Thus, the third place was taken by the teams «Neyron» (Faculty of Medicine), «Alchemy» (Faculty of Chemistry and Ecology), «Cordis» (Faculty of Biology and Forestry).
Second-degree diplomas were awarded to the teams «Female Leaders of NUS» (Faculty of Pedagogical Education and Social Work) and «Sim-Sim» (Faculty of Law).
Meanwhile, the competition winners for the best laboratory presentation were the teams «Fiksiki» (Educational and Scientific Institute of Physics and Technology) and «Synchronous Translation of Responsibility» (Faculty of Foreign Philology).
At the end of the event, everyone was treated with sweets.
