"In addition to the main factors of providing education, that is, the educator and the learning means, the subjects of receiving education are of paramount importance. That is, you, our dear students. The quality of providing educational services depends on your activity. The initiative to organise a school of tutors is extremely appropriate. Older and more experienced students should pass on their knowledge to younger colleagues and simultaneously learn how to spend time in higher education institutions with benefit and pleasure. Such friendly support is important and effective. I thank the participants of the school and wish them effective results," said Anatolii Tsos.
