On May 1, 2024, the «Creative Perspectives» exhibition of artistic works of students of Department of Fine Arts was launched.
The location of the artistic event was Volyn Organisation of National Artists' Union of Ukrane (VONAUU) gallery. The moderator of the event, Dmytro Zinko, suggested observing a moment of silence for the fallen Heroes.
After that, Volodymyr Marchuk, the head of VONAUU, was invited to speak. He congratulated everyone on the start of the exhibition and noted that such events should be organised more often. Volodymyr Marchuk noted the relevance of the works and wished the students to conquer new creative horizons.
Rector of the University Anatolii Tsos thanked the Faculty of Culture and Arts for the very good pace of development. In addition, he noted a number of events and bright projects of the Department of Fine Arts. «We are having very good reviews now about the faculty and the department in particular. Today's exhibition is extremely powerful. It evokes emotions and thoughts,» said Anatolii Tsos.
Vitalii Okhmaniuk, Dean of Faculty of Culture and Arts, noted once also working at the Department of Fine Arts, so it is not new for him. He informed that several exhibitions of works by students and lecturers of the department are taking place in Lutsk at the same time.
Head of Department of Fine Arts Tetiana Prokopovych thanked everyone for the cooperation. «We want to show that, after joining us, the students can find themselves in any technology,» she noted.
Associate Professor of Department of Fine Arts Olha Kaleniuk spoke about previous exhibitions. In particular, about the «Camerton» exhibition of successful graduates of the department. «It is interesting to observe the creative growth of our students. Our motto is raising successful students,» said Olga Kaleniuk.
