On December 12, 2023, a cooperation agreement was signed between Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University and Lublin Polytechnic (Republic of Poland). The terms of the cooperation agreement are:
- organisation of activities aimed at developing joint mastery of scientific and research cooperation in the field of economics, management and finance;
- exchange of research results and knowledge through joint seminars, conferences, etc.;
- promotion of academic mobility of scientific and pedagogical workers and students;
- joint coordination of efforts to obtain funding for scientific research, submission of applications for participation in grant projects;
- exchange and implementation of the results of research activities.
The responsible persons were appointed: Dean of Faculty of Management, Professor Marcin Gasior from Lublin Polytechnic and Head of Department of Economics and Trade Professor Olena Pavlova from Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University.
In addition, Dean of Faculty of Economics and Management, Associate Professor Tetiana Danyliuk outlined further cooperation prospects in the context of the implementation of double diplomas, mobility, and grant activities. Professor Kostiantyn Pavlov noted the involvement in the field of educational and scientific activities with Lublin Polytechnic as a guest professor teaching economic disciplines for Polish students in a foreign language.
Rector Anatolii Tsos noted the strategic directions of the University’s development and the place of cooperation with leading educational institutions in Poland.
